Why O.T.A?

O.T.A or On The Asphalt sums up our trademark since our launch: tires, the road and travel. It's a link between the tire's old life on the road, and its new life at people's feet. This adventure was also born on the road, traveling the globe in search of new experiences, encounters and adventures.

ORDERING

How do I know if my order has been processed?

Once you have paid for your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been processed.

If the size doesn't fit, will I be able to exchange my pair of O.T.A.?

It is possible to exchange your pair of O.T.A. provided they have not been worn and are returned in their original packaging. For more information, see our Delivery and Returns policy. Items on sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can you keep your basket from one visit to the next?

TAXES AND IMPORTS

Do I have to pay import duties and/or taxes if I order from Europe? 

No, import charges and taxes are included in the sales price. 

Are there any extra charges if I order from the United States? 

Taxes and import fees are included in the price for deliveries under $800. orders over $800 may be subject to import duties and taxes.

What about countries outside Europe and the USA? 

Prices exclude taxes, import duties and possible customs inspection fees in countries where these apply. As these amounts vary from country to country, you should contact the customs office in the country of destination. 

 

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and American Express.

Is online payment secure?

DELIVERY

Are there any shipping costs?

Standard delivery in mainland France is free for amounts over €100. Customers located abroad or in French overseas territories will be charged delivery fees as indicated in our Delivery and Returns section.

How quickly will my parcel be shipped?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours of the order being placed on the website.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary according to your geographical location. For a detailed overview of delivery times, please visit our Delivery and Returns section.

How do I track my parcel?

When your order is validated, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number so that you can keep informed of the progress of your parcel.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

How long do I have to return my item?

From the date of order, you have 14 days to return the product if it does not meet your expectations.

How do I return an item?

The full returns policy is stipulated on the Delivery and Returns page of the site.

Who pays for the return journey?

O.T.A. will cover the cost of return in the case of an exchange; the cost of return will be borne by the customer in the case of a refund. An e-mail should be sent to [email protected] to find out how to proceed.
