Delivery and returns
Packages are prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order on the website (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). A tracking number will be sent by e-mail to keep you informed of the progress of your parcel.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Metropolitan France (for purchases under €100)
Free delivery in mainland France for orders over €100.
Relay point delivery in 3/4 working days: 10€.
Home delivery in 48/72h: €10
DOM-TOM delivery within 10 to 15 days depending on destination: €20
Europe (excluding UK and Greece)
Free delivery within Europe (excluding the UK and Greece) for orders over €100.
Home delivery between 4 and 7 days depending on destination: €10
Rest of the world + United Kingdom + Greece
Delivery charges apply to all purchases (over and under €100).
Home delivery between 10 and 20 days depending on destination: €30
RETURNS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)
Return shipping costs for a size exchange are free. In the case of a return for a change of color or a refund, the cost of return is borne by the customer, who has 14 days from the date of order to return the product. Products must be returned unworn, in their original undamaged packaging, with all components (label, card, etc.).
Please send an email to [email protected] with the order number, the reference returned and the choice between exchange or refund in order to obtain the return instructions. Please note that O.T.A is not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
Items on sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange
Re-delivery costs for exchanges are the same as for orders placed.
In France: free for purchases over €100
In Europe (excluding the UK and Greece): free for purchases over €100
Rest of the world: €30
Refund
The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the credit card used for payment. Please note that the refund does not include delivery charges.
