Why OTA?

OTA, or On The Asphalt, has summed up our trademark since our launch: tires, the road, and travel. It's a bridge between the tire's former life on the road and its new life on people's feet. This adventure was also born on the road, traveling the globe in search of new experiences, encounters, and adventures.

THE ORDER

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

After payment of your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

If the size does not fit, will it be possible to exchange my pair of OTAs?

It is possible to exchange your pair of OTAs provided that they have not been worn and are returned in their original packaging. For more information, see our Delivery and Returns policy. Items on sale or on promotion are neither returned nor exchanged.

Can you keep your basket from one visit to the next?

It is possible to keep your basket from one visit to another.

TAXES AND IMPORT

Do I have import fees and/or taxes if I order from Europe?

No, import charges and taxes are included in the sale price.

Are there any additional charges if I order from the United States?

Import taxes and fees are included in the price for shipments under $800 ; for orders over $800 taxes and import fees may apply.

And for countries outside Europe, outside the USA?

Prices exclude taxes, import duties, and possible customs inspection fees in countries where these are applicable. As these amounts vary from country to country, you should contact the customs office of the receiving country.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay and American Express.

Is online payment secure?

DELIVERY

Are there any shipping costs?

Standard delivery in mainland France is free for amounts over €100. Customers located abroad or in the overseas territories will have to pay delivery charges as indicated in our Delivery and Returns section.

How long does it take for my package to be shipped?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours following the order on the website.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your geographic location. For a detailed overview of delivery times, we invite you to visit our Delivery and Returns section.

How do I track my package?

When you confirm your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can stay informed about the progress of your package.

 

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

How long do I have to return my item?

From the date of order, you have 14 days to return the product if it does not meet your expectations.

How to return an item?

The entire return policy is stipulated on the Delivery and Returns page of the site.

Who covers the return costs?

Return shipping costs are covered by OTA for exchanges; return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility for refunds. An email should be sent to contact@ota-paris.com to find out how to proceed.
