Delivery and return

Shipments are prepared and shipped within 48 hours of ordering on the website (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). A tracking number will be communicated by email to keep you informed of the progress of your package.

DELIVERY COSTS

Metropolitan France (for purchases under €100)

Delivery costs are free in mainland France for purchases over €100.

Delivery to a collection point in 3/4 working days: €10

Home delivery in 48/72 hours: €10

Delivery to French overseas departments and territories within 10 to 15 days depending on the destination: €20

Europe (excluding the United Kingdom and Greece)

Delivery costs are free in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom and Greece) for purchases over €100.

Home delivery between 4 and 7 days depending on the destination: €10

Rest of the world + United Kingdom + Greece

Delivery charges apply to all purchases (under and over €100).

Home delivery between 10 and 20 days depending on the destination: €30

RETURNS (EXCHANGE OR REFUND)

Return shipping for a size exchange is free. In the event of a return for a color change or refund, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, who has 14 days from the order date to return the product. Products must be returned unworn, in the original, undamaged packaging, with all the elements (tag, card, etc.).

Please email contact@ota-paris.com with your order number, the returned item number, and your choice of exchange or refund to obtain return instructions. Please note that OTA is not responsible for damaged or lost returns.

Items on sale or on promotion cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange

The redelivery fees for the exchange are the same as when placing the order.

In France: free for purchases over €100

In Europe (excluding the United Kingdom and Greece): free for purchases over €100

Rest of the world: €30

Refund

Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving your items and will be automatically credited to the account associated with the credit card used for payment. Please note that the refund excludes shipping costs.
