Delivery and return

At OTA, we pride ourselves on ensuring reliable, fast and transparent delivery, as well as a clear and fair return policy.

Preparation & shipping

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours after validation on the website (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

A tracking number is automatically sent to you by email so you can track the delivery of your package in real time.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Metropolitan France

  • Collection point (Mondial Relay) : 3 to 4 business days – €4.90

  • Home delivery (Colissimo) : 2 to 3 business days – €6.90

    • Free delivery on orders over €100

DOM-TOM

  • Home delivery : 10 to 15 days depending on the destination – €20

Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Greece)

  • Home delivery : 4 to 7 business days depending on the destination – €10

    • Free delivery on orders over €100

Rest of the world + United Kingdom + Switzerland + Greece

  • Home delivery : 10 to 20 business days depending on the destination – €30

Delivery charges apply to all purchases, regardless of the order amount.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to make a return.

The items must be:

  • unworn

  • returned in their original, undamaged packaging,

  • accompanied by all the elements (label, card, etc.).

Shoe size exchange

  • Free return shipping for size exchanges

Change of color or refund

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • the returned reference,

  • Your choice: exchange or refund.

OTA cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged.

Redelivery in case of exchange

The redelivery fees are the same as those applied to the initial order:

  • France : Free shipping on orders over €100

  • Europe (excluding the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Greece) : free shipping on orders over €100

  • Rest of the world : €30

Refund

The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

It is automatically processed using the payment method used when placing the order.

The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
